Since 2018, Jack Vaughan has helped numerous young adults across the country improve their mental health and wellness. Having worked with clients ranging from 13 to 29 years old, Jack’s area of expertise includes executive functioning, ADHD, substance use disorder, OCPD, trauma, self-harm, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and failure to launch.

As a young adult, Jack severely grappled with ADHD, executive functioning, bipolar, depression, and anxiety. Having overcome these difficulties in his mid-twenties, Jack now has over 10,000 hours of professional experience as a mental health coach and companion. He also has his Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) designation from CCAR and is a candidate for CIP licensure. He is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Active Listening, Executive Functioning Skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Positive Habit Formation.

Today, Jack bolsters his mental health by adhering to a daily wellness regimen that involves exercise, mindfulness, a healthy diet, and a growth mindset. Above all else, Jack is deeply passionate about helping his clients activate their potential, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
