Our Executive Functioning Program
YPM's executive functioning program, EF12™, fosters a supportive environment in which adolescents and young adults can mitigate executive dysfunction, develop executive functioning skills, incorporate goal setting tools, boost positive habit formation, achieve tangible goals, and attain the life skills required to thrive independently.
Who Is This Program For?
Up to 30% of teenagers struggle with some aspect of executive functioning (Goldstein et al., 2014).
There is a popular misconception that only adolescents with ADHD have poor executive functioning skills.
While this is partially true, there are many non-ADHD adolescents who struggle with executive functioning skills but do not get the help that they need.
Teenagers grappling with the following issues are in need of EF support:
Addiction
Anxiety
Depression
Mood Disorders
Recent Concussion
ADHD
Trauma
Chronic Stress
Sleep Deprivation
Concussion History
