YPM's executive functioning mentorship program, EF12™, fosters a supportive environment in which our clients can mitigate executive dysfunction, develop executive functioning skills, incorporate goal setting tools, boost positive habit formation, achieve tangible goals, and attain the life skills required to thrive for years to come.

Who Is This Program For?

There is a popular misconception that only adolescents with ADHD have poor executive functioning skills.

While this is partially true, there are many non-ADHD adolescents who struggle with executive functioning skills but do not get the help that they need.

Since 2018, we have helped numerous adolescents and young adults across four continents boost their EF skills.
